By Sea: Coming into Gloucester's Inner Harbor, Cape Pond Ice Company's building and wharf are on Fort Point, immediately of the left across from the U.S. Coast Guard, Gloucester Station. You can't miss our big "Cape Pond Ice- The Coolest Guys Around" ® logo on the side of our house.

By Land: Gloucester is located 25 miles North of Boston on the Atlantic coast, a 30 minute drive or 60 minute train ride from Boston.
Take Route 128 North to Gloucester. (I-95 North and Route 128 share the same road around Boston: where they divide, stay on 128 North.
In Gloucester, continue on Route 128 straight through two rotaries to 2nd traffic lights at end.
At 2nd traffic lights, turn right onto East Main Street (Gloucester Harbor is on your left).
Continue 1 mile from the lights along Gloucester's downtown harborfront. Past the Crow's Nest bear left as East Main Street becomes Rogers Street. Proceed past Gorton's of Gloucester, Americold Logistics/Cold Storage, Duncan Donuts... Cape Pond Ice is clearly visible to the left, across Harbor Cove. 
Where Rogers Street bears sharply right, at Tally's gas station and St. Peter's parking lot, cross straight through intersection and left onto Commercial Street. Proceed 1/4 mile, past Chamber of Commerce, fish plants and freezers. Cape Pond Ice Company is at end on left.

Public Transport : Gloucester Depot is on the Newburyport/Rockport Commuter Rail Line from Boston's North Station - a scenic and enjoyable 60 minute ride along the coast. The Gloucester train station is just a mile walk from Cape Pond Ice and the CATA buses stop during the summer months drops and picks up at the chamber of commerce, which is a 2 minute walk from our icehouse.

Peabody Office:
Cape Pond Ice now has a Peabody Icehouse, located at 26 Walnut St. in Peabody, just off Peabody Square, convenient to Routes 1 and 128. It will be open for retail sales of ice, t-shirts, dry ice, luges and “Cowboy” charcoal on Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the summer.
